Showcasing an Innovative and Institutional Farmland Strategy
When Ranchland’s founding partners came to us, they had a clear vision: enhance the brand to match the caliber of their investment strategy and track record.
The firm, focused on acquiring and actively managing large-scale ranch properties in the American West, was early in its branding journey, with a basic website and logo in place. The team sought a full brand expression that could educate and engage a sophisticated but unfamiliar investor base.
Refining Ranchland’s visual identity and building a digital presence that clearly communicated their nuanced strategy was the first priority. Effectively communicating their approach — regenerative cattle ranching through rotational grazing — required a thoughtful and organized structure. We developed custom infographics, diagrams, and content that made their process digestible. The website paired large-format photography and video with clean, editorial layouts to highlight both the scale of the land and the sophistication of the model. An earth-toned palette and understated typography reinforced the brand’s grounded, long-view ethos.
The client had already done great work to carve out their message — our role was to sharpen, translate, and package it. In addition to the website and branding work, we supported Ranchland across a suite of materials, including investor presentations, white papers, and video scripts. The firm understood that entering a niche category would require a strong educational component, and we worked with them to develop content that could build credibility and awareness with prospective LPs.
We continue to support Ranchland on an ongoing basis, providing creative and strategic support as they grow their platform and reach new audiences.
